The floor plan (above) shows a typical semi-detached
or small detached house with attached garage.
The installation uses a interior detectors that
should be ok with pets.
This installation uses a blank end-station (mounted
under the stairs or could be mounted in the garage) and
a Remote Keypad in the hall. You could of course just
use a simple control panel mounted in the hall.
In this case it has been decided that only the ground
floor is to be alarmed and only the main living space
and garage.
The magnetic contact at the front door is wired to
the entry/exit zone on the control panel.
The magnetic contact at the rear door is wired to
zone 3 on the control panel.
The Interior detectors are all wired to zone 2 on the
control panel.
The magnetic contact on the garage is wired to zone 4
on the control panel.
In operation any of the zones can be separately
controlled.
